"I've been visiting this area and the property for 11 years, this is the first time I've had a negative thing to say during my stay, to put it plainly the quality of the food offered for breakfast was below sub par for a hotel of this quality, breakfast was inconsistent every morning, the oatmeal was either thick and clumpy or thin and runny, prep work did not happen, the sausage patties were thawed out in the microwave, eggs were water logged, this experience has made me consider staying...

"My family and I had a great stay the weekend before Christmas! The hotel was quiet and clean. Also, the hotel was very close to all the Grapevine Christmas activities. "

"The Hotel was better than most for the stay. The room was clean and the bed was cozy. They did offer smoking in the hotel, which did have that smell to it. The major down side to this hotel was parking. I never got to park by the hotel."

"Overall, the stay was nice. Hotel staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the complete cleanliness of our room. For the most part, it was clean. However, the couch is awful and stained, it needs replaced. Didn't even want to sit on it because of the gross stains. The carpet had some black-brown colored fresh looking material/stain on it that put me off. Surely there is some sort of carpet cleaner that can be used? The same brown-black colored material was also on the light switch cover....
