"February Point is a beautiful community with an excellent restaurant, pool, hot tub, and beach area. The home was very spacious and well laid out with some excellent views of the ocean on each floor. The included boat was a game changer. Having the flexibility to use the boat as desired allowed us to explore many places in the Elizabeth Harbor and other areas that we otherwise would not have seen. Would highly recommend!"

"This was a nice house private house with private and secluded beach access. The house was well appointed but a bit cluttered. Too much furniture and the kitchenware was dated but it had a cozy feel. There was an odd musty smell that with us for the week probably due to the AC leaking and soaking the dining room rug, property manager was alerted and didn’t seem too concerned. We had a nice time and a comfortable stay but the house was priced too high and wasn’t as well kept as pictures showed....

"Beautiful property at a very beautiful central location!! George Town just 3 min drive away. Little exuma 40 min and Coco plum beach also 35 min away. Jolly hall beach just 10 min walk and kids enjoyed the most at that beach. Oh and and if that's far away for you, you have your own beach exactly 10 steps away !!Villa itself was beautiful with nice big 1 room and 2 bathrooms with good size kitchen. It even had a coffee maker and all utensils available. I had the best sunrise view every morning...
