"This is exactly what it says: one bedroom and a bathroom, with a small entry that has a microwave and a small frig. The bed is very comfortable. If you are looking for spacious, however, or a place to sit and study, this is not the place unless you want to sit on the bed. It was perfect for our needs - because we were gone most of the day and just needed a place to sleep. I would highly recommend this for the people who need just what we did! "A very well kept Victorian house in Sioux Falls SD. Close to alot of attractions and history. We visited the Home and museum of South Dakota's first Senator. It was next door. The Washington High School Building Which is now a pravilion with Science Center , Art Museum, Concert Theater and planetarium.A must see. Lots. Fine dining, artwork shopping.And of course fFalls Park. "
