Lovely, quiet, family-run business with a relaxing pool area. The accommodation is well located, close to tavernas and just a couple of minutes to the beach. The staff are wonderfully hospitable and were very accommodating to our needs during our stay. The cleaning lady was especially helpful - so kind and always had a smile on her face. Would definitely recommend - and return - to Nicolas Studios & Apartments.

Perfect location and supernice host couple
This Place has the perfect location in Agia Marina and offers simple rooms for a Good price. It has a nice well maintained garden with a pool and everything is very clean and you get very well taken care of by the very friendly and sweet host couple that helps your with all you might need . I can recomend this place if you are looking for an affordable but simple place to stay on the very best iland of crete.

Excellent Accommodation Central in Agia Marina
Excellent accommodation, very central in Agia Marina, close to beach, shops and tavernas. Standard is basic, but perfectly adequate. Family run, and they take great pride that their guests are satisfied. Everything immaculately maintained and cleaned daily to a very high standard. Highly recommend staying here for a reasonable standard at a good price. On premises parking is limited, with only 2 spaces and 8 apartments.

Good for: Price, private-ish location, closeness to bars, restaurants, beach, transport links. Pleasant garden/pool area. Nice owners who are helpful. Could be better: Studio room was small and had little to no storage space. Tiny, cramped shower with either cold or scalding hot water. Sandwiched in between noisy family rooms.

Go stay and enjoy !
Had a brilliant stay,arrived too early for our room but was given nescafe and cake then went to have a look around outside,Nicholas is up a side road but very close to the resort,turn left at the main road and go to the Atlas supermarket you will get everything you need there., we had a balcony that has an adjustable sun blind with a table and two chairs and a screen that separates the apartments,a washing airer was over the balcony with pegs which was handy,a lovely sized pool with sunbeds and umbrellas and a lovely little garden with coloured lighting. Our studio had a double bed with kitchenette and in the bathroom the normal shower tray squashed in by the toilet which is normal in Greece,we had to pop up the shower head by using the lid of the deodorant as the hook was floppy but hey no problem. It was all kept so clean and the towels were replaced frequently and they had a lovely fresh smell as did the bed sheets,my only gripe is I don't agree in paying for a safe €10,they should be included,we also didn't pay for AC. The bus for Chania is on the main road outside as are the taxi ranks,the Wi Fi is free and good at the studio so thank you....we would recommend Nicholas and stay here again.

Friendly apartment complex with small pool
Nice little apartment complex. Very friendly owner. However, the pool is small and can get crowded even though there are very few apartments in the building. There is an extra charge for the air condition, which we found surprising as the other guests did not have to pay separately for this. Not sure if this was because we booked through Hotels.com and they don't have an agreement for air condition. In addition the air condition was very noisy making it difficult to sleep with it on.

Great value friendly place
This was a lastinute, out of season break chosen on price and location. The apartments were excellent value for money - and extremely quiet and peaceful. Within a day of booking the owner, Stelios, had emailed to say hello, and to let us know the pool would be out of action for winter. Not a problem at all, but his communicating that information was an indication of how seriously he takes his job. If you want luxury go elsewhere, but if you want good value, clean, tidy, well located, and friendly holiday apartments then your money would be well spent here.

The apartment was very small .We only had a small table outside with two chairs. In the morning you had to breakfast their but at half past 8 it was so hot that you could n't sit there, you had to breakfast on your bed! You had to pay separately for your use of the airco, 6 euro's a day!!

Small and beautiful property
With 8 letting studios and plenty of space it's a gem. The owners keep the place immaculate, the rear garden is a wonderful quiet retreat. The location is perfect being off the main street but 400m from the beach, 50m from a handy mini supermarket and 50m from a selection of restaraunts with loads more close by. Loved this place and great value

The room was fine. I had some trouble finding the place. If you arrive in Chania airport take the bus to Chania central bus station, then another bus to Agia Marina, ask for bus stop #16. I arrived late and it looked like reception was closed. I phoned and the manager came down. Bus to town is €1.60. One day had an early tour (7:00 am) and the front gate was locked. Fortunately the front wall was low enough to climb over. Only saw the manager again when I left. WIFI was good about 90% of the time.

Very cozy apartments
Such a cute little hotel/apartments, driven by the sweetest host couple; Stelios and Poli. They were so polite and welcoming. If you need anything, they will gladly help you. The location is amazing and very close to the beach. Cleanliness is on point.
