"My group of friends had an amazing weekend in Saratoga while staying at this property! Super close (under 20 minutes) to the Racetrack, downtown Saratoga, golf courses, and more fun. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep, great backyard space, and a relaxing hot tub! The kitchen and living room area was perfect for congregating and eating, with plenty of table and counter space. The house was well prepared with everything we could need, right down to the grill and fire pit for outdoor hanging....

Fantastic kitchen with all the cookware, utensils, and space we needed. Perfectly quiet, very peaceful, a loved historical home and land."

"The owners were amazing. Easy to deal with and they checked up with me daily to see how things were going. They are in the process of updating every room of this rental. They have focused on the high traffic areas first. The pool area, deck, and gazebo are amazing. I wish we had the time to enjoy them. Once the upgrades have been completed this property will be amazing"

"Nice comfortable house. We had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable with two nice outdoor seated areas. Great location too. Lots to do nearby. One thing to mention is that the listing says it sleeps 10 but the pullout sofa is on the side indoor patio which you can’t sleep in during cold weather. So some of our party had no other place to sleep but the couch which is right next to the kitchen.. Also, the hot tub is a jet powered tub in the bathroom, not a hot tub. "

"Large enough for a family to spread out or 2-3 couples. Adequate kitchen with a large table for dining. Comfortable living room. Close to Saint Peter's hospital and SUNY Albany. One note the staircase is steep and slippery, for those with younger children. Comfortable living area.Close to Saint Peter's hospital."

"Property was in good shape, though I recommend the owner consider refinishing the tub, the current paint job is not so good. The location is too far from downtown Troy to easily walk but is an easy drive. The building has multiple units and finding the right one was a bit tricky, but the place was clean and well-kept overall and parking was easy, I would stay again."
