"Absolutely everything was amazing about this place. From the staff who were always friendly, smiling, courteous and always on hand to assist you. The food which was absolutely amazing and the afternoon tea is definitely worth hanging around for. "To our surprise, no one in the hotel spoke English. We received no directions on how to get to the hotel or the address in Chinese despite having asked for it. When we arrived in Dazhai, I managed to get through to someone who spoke English and who said the hotel would send a car for us. 20 minutes later they called us that the car broke down and if we want to cancel the reservation it's OK...
