"The staff was very friendly . Hotel lobby is a bit dated but the rooms are clean and have wood floors and a large bathroom. The view from the room was a gorgeous ocean view from a balcony with 2 high adorondeck chairs. Very quiet. "

"Nice property. The benches located at the top of the beach access were perfect for my mother-in-law who has mobility y issues but loves being close to the waves. The area is really nice but severely underlit. If you venture out after sunset be on the lookout for pedestrians and cyclists. "

"The condo had some issues. The front door gap between the lock and door frame is terrible. Thats a security issue. The towel rack in the shower is damaged, proposing an injury risk. The cleanliness of the exterior of the front door is terrible. Fire extinguisher was under the sink and not in the closet that was labeled extinguisher inside, OSHA risk! Lack of communication. Some switches on walls do not control anything. The front door lock gap issue and the damaged towel rack is a main concern,...

"This is our second trip to the Beach Peach. We’ve had some good memories here. Like the area and the walk to the beach is not bad at all. And Mrs Carole is very good at communicating with you. Would highly recommend . "

"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "We quite enjoyed the quietness and very laid back atmosphere with our stay at the carriage house. Still had the amenities of the Watercolor Inn but none of the business of staying at a hotel. Beth and Randy wonderful and very accommodating hosts. Very clean and so comfortable living area. Will definitely reserve again"

"The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!! Easy access in and out. We loved the decor and really enjoyed the serine feel of the porches and bedrooms. The place is exactly like the pictures!! We had no disappointments or negative circumstances. "

"We loved our stay here!! Being so close to the boardwalk to the beach was perfect and made our trip so much easier. Unfortunately the WiFi was out 3/4 nights of our trip, but the communication with the property manager was constant and they did everything in their power to get it resolved for us as fast as they could. We would stay again here!"

"Unit was adorable, comfortable and extremely clean and maintained. Text communication with host was immediate. Housekeeping was able to make adjustments and we were able to check in early. Easy quick walk to the beach. Parking right in front of unit. Highly recommend for a family."
