What a beauty: 1BR/2BA, sleeps 6, walk to the beach!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay! The Dunes is located on Fort Morgan, there is quiet and seclusion along with being 10 minutes walking distance from the beach! The master bedroom has a king size bed along with a private full bathroom. There are two twin bunk beds in the hallway along with another full bathroom across the hall. The sofa folds into a full size bed as well. There are restaurants and a grocery store nearby! 206 will dazzle you!

This property worked out well for our family. It is a short walk to the beach with a decent sized pool to swim in. The beach is fairly private and not too crowded. The room was overall clean, but could use some renovations and updates.

Pleasant stay
Everything was good and clean. Pool and beach were easily accessible. The light outside the bedroom window disturbed our sleep so a blackout curtain would be a good addition.

Great for a family of 4.
The listing was accurate, we actually felt it was better than the photos. The pool was perfect for our 6 and 8 year olds. If you are looking for laid back, away from the crowds this place is perfect.The condo did have some character with small cosmetic issues, but nothing that hampered our stay. The decor was tasteful and the furniture very comfortable.

This property was perfect for our family of four. This was our first time staying in the Fort Morgan area, and we loved how much less commercial and more quiet it was than when we’ve stayed I directly in gulf shores. Our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool. There were many other families. Everyone was courteous and it was never too loud around the property. It’s a short walk to the beach— our 6&8 year olds didn’t have any complaints about making the walk a few times a day, but there’s also some parking closer to the beach.

Fall break at the beach
Pretty clean property. Most everything was in good working order. It was a super easy walk to the beach. The pool was nice and the kids love it and the hot tub. Quiet neighborhood around and great location...not crowded at all! Our favorite way to experience the beach. Would recommend to our firends and family and would stay here again.

Great condo
1st time staying in Fort Morgan. Condo was great for my family of 5. Short walk to the beach. It is close to the pier and Fort Morgan. Beach was not crowded and pool was nice. Would stay again.

Okay but not really impressed
The pictures need to be updated, some were fuzzy so you really couldn't see, the keurig machine didnt work, there were drawer handles not there, peeling paint off cupboards and damaged cupboards in bathroom and moldy cushions on the patio furniture. Our whole time there we never saw anyone at office and there was no number to call just a number for the sea turtles. Not sure if we will rent there again. Also if it is so important to have a parking pass then when someone rents a unit from owner it needs to be included and waiting in the unit, it shouldn't be the renters responsibility to get one.

No kids
When booking the room everything we read so no kids. This was not true. The rooms were clean. Although no way to drive down to the beach. The pool area was always full of kids and the other residents on vacation were very rude. I'm a size 12 and my friend a 16. We were sitting at the pool reading our books and had to leave the pool area because of other residents. Our complete coverage high top bottoms and complete coverage tops were not one pieces. According to other guess we needed to cover ourselves up. That was not the fault of the property. But when advertising no kids allowed, it wad a shock to show up and kids be everywhere.

Wonderful condo for a small family!
I am so happy with our stay here! The condo was very clean and a perfect size for a small family! The full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit were super convenient! Loved the balcony and easy assess to the pool and beach! Our family will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location
Property is not perfect but the location makes up for it. Cleaning of unit and grounds such as elevators dryer vents and floors was not perfect and there are some damages inside unit that need updated and repaired but all in all you get what you pay for and the location makes up for the downfalls.

So relaxing!
We enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely return! We walked in to cute little animals made with the towels and my daughter loved it! This unit has a balcony with a pool and ocean view that is perfect for those early mornings. The balcony furniture is plentiful and comfy. The beach is literally a 5 min walk down the road with easy access. Everything was super clean and there were plenty of dishes, etc. if you plan to stay in and cook. Beds were comfortable! This location is legit one of the last stops before the end of Fort Morgan. Other than a few close restaurants, if you want anything else, you have to be prepared to travel into Gulf Shores - 15 min drive. My only complaint was that the parking pass was not included in the fee for the rental. Once you arrive on site, you are left with the responsibility of tracking down the security guard (of which was NEVER there our entire stay) to get a parking pass. We called and left 3 messages and continued to call even on the last night we were there and never received a return call. It would be nice to have those in the rooms waiting for us (and part of the room rental) instead of worrying the entire vacation your vehicle may be towed. Thank you for letting us stay!!

Well when we 1st walk in everything is fine except master bathroom toliet was as nasty as ive ever seen one My wife had to clean it Contacted owner Her repsonse Was the rest of condo clean we said yes Her resonse im sorry We send her a picture of bathroom with no word back from her ar all Very disappointed in the owner we will be sure and nevver use her again Scott Gray
