We were able to explore a great deal of the surrounding areas thanks to the central location, with short hops to nearby Lunenburg, Mahone Bay, Peggy's Cove, Chester, and of course Halifax and other great destinations. "The place we stayed was a little bit away from the convenience. It was too far for walking since bus stop was distantly away. Fortunately we got rides and didn't need bus transportation. Overall the place met our satisfaction since it was in a quiet area and we only stayed for few hours for sleeping each day. "

"The house was found as described in the listing, modern, in very good condition, and located in a quiet family neighborhood only a 15 minute drive from downtown Halifax. We (party of 6 adults) found the house properly cleaned and outfitted, and nicely warmed, upon our arrival. The check-in instructions (essentially the keycodes for the front door and garage door) were provided 2 days in advance of our arrival, and we had no problem accessing the house.
