"Responsive host. Good space for watching TV. Sounds and strong cooking odors from upstairs were intrusive to an otherwise pleasant stay. Kitchen has all new appliances, but few utensils."

"What a gem this place is! My fiance and I stayed here for a couple of nights after Christmas for a mini getaway, just the two of us. Fantastic views, super clean property, and this space had everything we needed. We grilled, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed some time playing cards next to the fireplace. The location is also down the street from Starbucks, a liquor store, and a grocery store - our essentials ha! Cannot recommend this place enough, thank you! "

"The location of the property was within walking distance of everything that we wanted to see in and around the Inner Harbor of Baltimore. We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. "Being able to walk down the sidewalk to the Visitor's Entrance at the USNA meant we got to maximize our time with our plebe. The best part about this location was we didn't have to stress over the traffic and parking situation at all (and the traffic was a lot!). We got to walk back with him each evening and on Sunday morning he was able to walk over to us when he was released. The second best part was while he was catching up with family and friends on his phone or just enjoying the peace...

"What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen. There were two red vinyl upholstered chairs around a small dining room table with large damage to their faux leather covers. - The pullout...

"At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith...

"Couldn't ask for a better location for walking to The Bank. Parking pass good on game days. Had no problem parking right out front. Excellent communication with host and house was very nicely appointed! Stairs wider and safer than most in Pigtown"

"Fifteen ladies from my church stayed at this Vrbo for a weekend conference in Annapolis. We enjoyed the property and the house! We had a beautiful weekend and even got on the water, played pickle ball, and enjoyed the views. The house is beautiful! The kitchen is well stocked and the house is comfortable and there is plenty of parking. Since it was November, the heated sunroom floors were a wonderful bonus. Thank you for the memories and a wonderful stay!"

Perfect location at Baltimore inner harbour

"Excellent value for money. Location at the harbour with great view from restaurant and some rooms. You get what you pay for. Fine breakfast buffet in weekends, OK menu during weekdays. Good and clean room. Both lobby bar and dinner restaurant are OK when needed, but there are better options outside the hotel. Effective check in and check out. If a swimming pool is important, this is not the place, they have a pool, but very small and not something to go for"
