"Denise’s house is simply wonderful! It’s a cozy New England cottage with a lovely view of the marshlands and stairway access to the water for paddling at high tide. The deck outback is spacious and furnished with comportable furniture to enjoy beautiful sunsets. The interior is nicely decorated, and has great lighting. We did not cook our meals but easily found some great nearby restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet, charming cottage for 4 people in the Ipswich area you should check out...

"Lovely on the outside , dark heavy musty smell on inside . Bathroom and kitchen are updated & nice aside from moldy shower curtain in bathroom . There was not comfortable place to sit or sleep. Old hard mattresses , uncomfortable old furniture. Poor ventilation, many windows don’t even open . The stairs to the upstairs are treacherous. Walking to the beach is very dangerous as the road is 2 lane highway."

"Cute little ranch just down the street from the main road in Gloucester. Slept 4 adults comfortably and had everything you needed. Mile Marker One restaurant is within a half of a mile as well as a nice gas station/convenient store. Nice outdoor seating to watch the boats while having a drink. Under 3 mi from Hammond Castle and about 15 mi from Rockport and Salem."
