"Really nice carriage house (apartment above garage) in an amazing location in Rosemary Beach. Very clean and modern unit. Things to be aware of - the master bedroom is a loft above the main floor. There is no bathroom on the bedroom level - just the one on the main floor - which was fine for us, but isn't ideal. The kids bunk room off the main living room does not have a door, so plan accordingly. Nice wrap around porch. The host was very nice and helpful. Perfect stay for our family of four...

"We had a fantastic time staying at Randy’s place. The carriage house was very clean and in a great location. We used the bikes to explore Watercolor and Seaside. Having access to the Watercolor amenities was also a lovely addition. Overall, this was a 10/10 experience for us! "

The Carriage House has a lovely interior, includes one parking space in the garage, and plenty of dishes, utensils, glassware, cookware for our family of four. "When we arrived the door was open, the room was dirty with a bad smell the house was behind another house there was no light at night my daughter fell I didn't have internet and I couldn't work at home they never did anything to help me two people came into my house at two in the morning since the door did not work, the worst vacation with my children"
