"Great location and close to downtown only 10 minute drive. Home was clean and in brand new condition. Host was readily available to answer questions and even stopped by to deliver family board games. I loved that the home was pet friendly as well. The little house had everything we needed and was very clean. We were able to adjust the temp for our comfort. The place had a neat little yard for us to take our dog out. "Great host and very responsive. Overall the house was acceptable although smaller than what we expected for 4 people. The only bathroom although spacious is upstairs. Double and queen beds are both comfortable. Although the house has been renovated it shows its age with its squeaky floors. Kitchen well equipped, has wine glasses and a bonus wine bottle from the owners. "

"My son and I started at this property for a week while visiting friends in Kingston. Communication with the hosts was easy and they responded quickly. House is in a great family neighborhood about 15 minutes outside the city center. We only rented one car and my son was using it a lot of the time. Didn't present any problem though as there are lots of restaurants and shopping choices within an easy walk. "The host is fantastic, always answering all your questions within an hour. He was at the house when we arrived, and went around the house with us. The house is well located in a very nice neighborhood. It is an older house so it has some quirks (e.g. you have to be careful to not overload the kitchen counter power receptacles), but it is nice and well equipped so it makes you feel at home. We particularly enjoyed the dining room with a view on the golf course."
