"Great place to stay for large group. Check in info was incorrect but quickly solved with a call the the property manager. It is great to have parking and easy walk to duval and beach! Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub is older and set to highest temp and could only get about half the jets to work but really didn’t have time to use it anyway."

"We had a great 3 night stay in this cute, cozy, super clean and newly renovated property. It was a perfect space for the two of us. The bed was comfy and the shower was awesome. We loved the large deck with a lovely view to the ocean. It was a very short stroll to the beach where we spent most of our time. Restaurants were within easy walking distance. Communication was amazing. We would definitely recommend this property."

"This was the first time my family and I have been on vacation in a really long time and staying here was the perfect start to our much needed vacation. We felt safe and secure and Everything was better than expected. Beautifully decorated and very clean rooms, kitchen and living area. If I needed to contact the host would reply almost immediately. I would 10/10 recommend and definitely visit again."

"We have made several trips to Florida during winter months in the past and this was our third stay on Hutchinson Island, second at Atlantis by the Sea. This unit was by far the best kept and appointed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully appointed. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future."

"View was amazing which was great bc the tv in the living room was so bad we couldn’t watch it and the so called “heated” pool was freezing. It was just my 6 year old daughter and I so we had to drive 20 minutes to the Marriott everyday so she could swim which is sad bc one of the main reasons we picked this place was for the pool. The condo owners were super friendly and were putting in the new tv the day we left."
