Welcome to the Circle City Charmer! Your home away from home in the heart of the city and close to everything Indy has to offer. Our home was built in 1880, and presents old world charm with fresh upgrades, modern finishes and traditional decor. The property includes a two car garage, private and fenced back yard with table, chairs, grill and fire pit. Enjoy your coffee or hot chocolate at our coffee bar and sit on the porch to enjoy! Our home is perfect for hanging out or a quiet place to relax after a busy day. Perfect for business professionals, families, attending sporting events, or a cozy night in. Close to the new Bottleworks district & Mass Ave and one mile north of Monument Circle and the convention center. Less than a mile to 8 downtown hospitals.

Guest access
The entire home, garage and fenced in backyard including all amenities will be available to enjoy. Make yourself at home! Enjoy this entire two story home and private parking in the two car garage and a private back yard (unique in the city)! Within walking distance to many downtown corporate offices, less than a mile from 8 downtown hospitals, and many places to eat and entertainment!

While city life brings with it the usual commotion, we have taken steps to mitigate city noise. Please ask questions or check out our reviews if you have any questions!

Sleeping Arrangements: The home has two bedrooms, the master with a king bed and a single rollaway, and in bedroom two, a queen bed and a queen air mattress. There is an additional air mattress and the couch is also an option (while not a pull out). The home comfortably sleeps 5-6. The rate includes up to 5 people. There is an additional guest charge of $35/per person per night.

Most downtown locations are a short walk, Uber, or scooter ride away!

Parking: Feel free to use our 2 car garage. The driveway can also accommodate an additional 2 spots. There is also street parking available.

PLEASE review all house rules and consider before booking. If you are unwilling or unable to abide by these rules, unfortunately our home may not be a good fit.

NO smoking (of any kind, anywhere on property. We have external cameras and we do charge for breaking this rule).
NO parties (this includes gatherings and additional unregistered guests
NO pets / animals (this does include ESA, sorry we have extreme allergies)
ALL guests and accurate headcount must be verified and registered prior to door codes being sent.

Charges will incur for rules not followed, excessive damage, additional cleaning necessary, extra guests (more than 5), evidence of smoking in or on the property (of any kind) and bringing pets. Thank you for respecting our home as you would your own, we strive to make this a great place for all of our guests.

Even though we only stayed one night, this property was very cozy and the sleeping accommodations were wonderful. The neighborhood was reasonably quiet and a quick drive to Lucas Oil Stadium and downtown. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Came for Bands Of America Grand Nationals
My granddaughter’s high school band was competing at Lucas Oil Stadium in the BOA Grand National Marching Bands. My daughter and I wanted a quiet place to stay not far from there, as 113 bands were convening on the hotels near the stadium. We found THE perfect, cute, immaculate 2 bedroom less than 2 miles from there! We walked all over, rented scooters and Ubers and were in a very safe area. The house was charming and Ashley, the owner (with her husband Terry) was very responsive and happy to answer quickly any questions we had. Best rental EVER!!!!

Marathon Visit
My son ran the Indy Marathon so this house was a perfect spot, We were less than a block away from the runners at mile 4 so we were able to cheer him on early. The weather was good so we walked downtown to the finish line. I would recommend this house to anyone who is interested in visiting Indianapolis. You have your own garage, street parking was never a problem and safe to walk places. The house is super cute, very clean and has everything you need.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was adorable and communication with the host was excellent. We had every little detail that we needed. The house was in a safe area and easy to commute to Mass Avenue for shopping and restaurants as well as the Lucas Oil Stadium. I look forward to another trip to Indy and would definitely rent this property again.

Cute house in a great neighborhood!
We traveled to Indianapolis for the weekend for a Colts game. It was our first time in the city, and we wanted to stay in a nice neighborhood that would be in walking distance of restaurants so we wouldn’t have to do much driving. This house was in a nice neighborhood and a short walk (about 10 - 15 minutes) to a lot of restaurants! We thought we would drive to get closer to Lucas Oil Stadium the day of the game but ended up just walking there. It was about a 50 minute walk but we didn’t mind as the weather was nice and we got to explore the city more. The house was so cute and comfortable! It had everything we needed for our stay. The sound machines were a great addition! Being from a small town, we weren’t used to the city noise and were glad to have them to drown out the noise at night. They’ve done a great job of making the house feel comfortable and homey! If we ever return to Indianapolis again, I will definitely check to see if this place is available!

Well this is a fantastic place to stay - we we able to walk to the Bottle Works district and the neighborhood is safe and it was fun to look at the lovely surrounding homes. A perfect place to stay with our family of four.

Excellent house. Nicely updated and clean.
Lovely house that has been fully remodeled and is modern and inviting. Great to have a garage to use. All expected, and some unexpected, items were provided. Small complaint about the beds. They are not very comfortable. Also, the seating in the living room is quite nice and trendy but not the most comfortable to sit on. Otherwise, a very nice house and would definitely consider it again.

Extras made it feel like home
The house was cute as could be and very clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the stocked coffee bar and extras that you don’t often find in rentals. Toilet paper and Kleenex were what I would have in my home. There were spices in the kitchen along with foil, plastic wrap and even parchment paper. Beds were comfortable and the outside area made it nice to sit outside. Also loved being able to park in the garage. It was roomy enough for both our car and SUV.

Gem in the heart of Indy
Our family of three was in town for a national swim meet and spent seven wonderful nights in this great house. The kitchen and master bath have everything you could want and more. Both beds are super comfortable, and the location is perfect. The garage fit our large SUV! The house is in a safe, darling neighborhood with a local bakery a couple blocks away and The Garage just a few more blocks down. I was able to jump onto the Greenway easily and walk daily. We will definitely stay here again next summer…This house is a gem!

Perfect City House
Everything was clean and charming. Comfy beds. Within easy walking distance of so many spots and a city running trail. Go for a walk around the neighborhood and see the gorgeous Victorian homes on Broadway and on Park. Hosts were super responsive and gracious. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Indy! Thank you!

Westfield LAX Tourney
Stayed here for a lax tourney in Westfield. Easy commute both ways. The place was exactly what we needed, quiet, clean and roomy. The laundry room was. Huge bonus for two stinky lax player unis. Will stay again next time we’re in town!

Perfect house in Indy!
The house is so cozy and clean. It’s close to everything we wanted to do. We’ve never stayed in a better VRBO! Ashley & Terry have the house stocked with everything you can think of to make the stay enjoyable. We also loved the organizational touches with info about the house, a checklist for checking out, area attractions, and more. Thanks for a great stay and we’ll definitely stay at the house again next time we’re in Indy!
