"Hotel was a typical holiday inn hotel. Nothing really special but was clean and comfortable. They charged a “resort fee “ for use of the pool and game room which seemed like a rip-off. Also charged $20/day for parking in their huge empty parking lot. A good amenity was the shuttle to Disney park. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. "

"This looks like an older complex that has been redone and is being cared for. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I got a text daily about onsite activities. Having a washer and dryer was very helpful even for our short trip as we had to wash jerseys."

"If you’re looking for a nice spot in Orlando, this is a nice place to stay at. The view is perfect from this cozy spot. My boys really enjoyed the Buzzlight Year bunk bed. Everything is near, doesn’t take much of a drive to get from point A to B. We walked to the place next door where you can have fun and play mini golf. Highly recommend. "

"Great overall property - we enjoyed the pool and the location right on the water. However, floors were definitely not clean. When we arrived we could only find one washcloth for our entire family. So, no problem, we politely asked the property owner where we might find some more stored in the unit. Her reply was that this is a vacation rental, not a hotel and that we would just have to use hand towels or whatever... she was not going to help us with that. I re-read the property description, and...

"This was our first time staying here and it was wonderful. The unit was perfect during our stay. Our only issue was the wait for the elevator because one was out of service. We typically would use the stairs to go down, but we could not use the stairs to go back up because the door was locked from the outside. We didn't really get to enjoy any of the amenities due to our schedule, but hopefully we will next time :)"

"I booked The Fountain for a week stay over the Christmas holidays and a few days into the stay, none of our key badges worked and we were locked out of the room coming back from dinner around 9pm at night with my 6 year old niece having to badly use the bathroom. "We stayed 3 nights at Floridays, and this was our second stay. We really like this place! It is not the most up to date decor, but rooms are sooo spacious and clean, and the rooms have everything we need. There is always space at the pool area, we like the gym, and being close to e.g. groceries. The only thing is that there is a bit of noice from the roads, but you cant be close to everything without accepting some noice there. We would stay here again for sure"
