"This was my very first time reserving a private property for travel accommodations (vs. a hotel). I was a little nervous as I have heard and read of some horror stories, but this was a great experience! The unit is in a well sought out area of Long Beach (near 2nd Street, Belmont Shore) and was clean and tidy as advertised. "Everything was just perfect. Bed is comfortable and has everything you need in the kitchen. Very close to town with places to eat and shop. Nice walk around the island on the bay front. There is a 3 car ferry to take you over to the ocean and Fun Zone. Nice restaurant on the bay with a great view. Newport Landing. Our host is the best and it's probably my 5th or 6th time staying there. I come back every year. :)"

"The unit was perfect for our needs, we have 3 kids and they loved the bunkbed room and there was a pack and play for my youngest. The backyard was really nice. We appreciated having a spot to park in the driveway since we were coming in and out a lot. The upstairs unit was a little loud at times but it was manageable. We loved being able to walk to the restaurants in Dana Point. Overall a great stay."

"Cute apartment stocked with everything you need. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking, which we did not do. Lots of toilet paper and shampoo/conditioner, body wash and soap in the bathrooms. Very helpful. Location was walkable to may shops and restaurants. Lido island is fun to walk around. Host was very hands on and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"The accommodations worked so well for our family ranging in age from 4 months to seniors with a couple of teenagers thrown in. Every amenity was available, the decor was done to perfection, the location couldn't be better. We loved sitting on the balcony in beautiful CA sunshine and having our nightly Balboa bars. A great place for large families, we loved it and are coming back! "
