"Excellent 12 day holiday staying in this great 3 bedroom Villa. The Villa is very spacious and comfortable with everything you could possibly need, good air conditioning and an amazing Pool / Patio area ! The photos don’t do it justice, the pool is a really good size and we had hours of fun in there every day ! We loved the location of the gated community, minutes from the beaches and shops / restaurants. There is also a very good pay as you go Gym (garage gym) close by and a great running route...

"property is beautiful and very modern with everything you would need included. Lots of TV stations, all essentials included such as sop We had a welcome pack of wine, water and some lovely snacks too. Cleaning materials, towels etc all included and everything is in good condition and as it appears on the pictures. Location is perfect just a 2 minute walk to the nearest small supermarket and 5/10 minutes to the main strip. Interactions with host was professional and queries resolved immediately....

"Everything about Villa Los Roques is perfect, peaceful, with amazing views over to the Marina and Papagayo Beaches. The Villa inside and out is huge and has everything needed.Carlos is extremely responsive and text us almost each day to check all was ok. The pool was very cold, even though Carlos arranged for the temperature to be increased when we asked, so maybe that was just us. Something to take into consideration for those with mobility issues is the villa has around 15 to 20 steps to reach...
