"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

"Great location, and steps to the beach! If you’re new to the area, avoid the beach directly in front of the apartment ( Hollywood Beach)…instead walk to the next beach…is a 2 minute walk and much quieter…..and cheaper. Apartment is nice…no AC on the living room/ kitchen but if you leave the bedroom doors open it is comfortable. AWESOME views of the ocean from front and back. Reception is very nice as well as the girl that cleans! I would book this unit again! "

"This was our last stop of a family trip to Colombia. The property manager communicated w/me the day before and once we arrived he was outside greeting us. The place was perfect for my family and I. Very clean and AC was one - we all had smiles to feel the AC working. The view from the balcony and master bedroom was exactly what I was looking for. Both sunrise and sunset were great. "Esta reserva es una estafa. Llegamos al apartamento y nos encontramos conque el lugar ya eataba ocupado. La adminisyracion del edificio nos indica que esos apartamentos no se rentan por Expedia. El numero de contacto indicado nunca contestó para resolver. Tuvimos que pagar otros apartamentos por el doble del costo para no tener que quedarnos sin hospedaje. Aun no he logrado tramitar el reclamo para reembolso de Expedia pero tampoco he encontrado.como."
