"Hard to climb from garace, many steps so better to be fit. Floorplan is nice, terrace supernice and the views makes you smile. Livingroom furniture is quite terrible, small sofa has lost it's life years ago and only armchair is fixed with metalwire net, so the seating is terrible, sorry to say...but the views makes up a lot. Area is very quiet, you need a car."

Pablo, the owner is such a nice and friendly and helpful man. We had very good and super friendly contact. He also wanted to spend us a free cleaning between , because we stayed 12 days. "What a perfect apartment to enjoy some winter sun. The apartment itself is modern, well equipped and spacious. We both loved the fact that there are NO hidden extras in the price. ( unlike so many other properties). A couple of snagging issues when we arrived but Mark the manager resolved them very quickly. The steps are mentioned very clearly on the site and yes they are a bit of an issue. I would say if you are unable to handle stairs then this property is not suitable for you. Already...
