"I had an issue with one of the pipes in the bathroom leaked all.over the floor and they came and fixed it right away. Room was clean, and easy access to the building. Parking was a little tight but besides that I would recommend this place. We also got to see an alligator right from our balcony hanging out. "

"The property was very clean!!! The host is very detailed and the level of communicate was amazing! We were in town in December for a girls weekend getaway and shopping trip, but I will definitely book this place for a beach trip! The location to the beach is perfect and beach chairs that were provided would be wonderful!! Highly recommend the rental!!"

"We loved staying here and appreciated how close the beach/pool were. The property was clean and the host was responsive. I would point out to future guests that you do need to bring additional funds for the community washer/dryer located on the first and second floors. This property is on the third floor as a reminder. "Family vacation with spouse and two kids under 5. A little tight but we knew that going into the trip. We are on the move a lot when we are on trips so we are usually in the condo for the night and that's all. Two minor issues when we were there, but the property manager handled quickly and communicated through the corrections. Kids loved the pool and other amenities. Access to beach is easy and renting bikes made the trip."
