Stylish beachfront condo walking distance to beach, pool, pier and restaurants!

A beach vacation paradise! This is a one bedroom, oceanfront "Sea Cabin" on the first floor. This sea cabin can sleep five with a queen bed in the bedroom, futon sofa in the living room, and a built in youth bunk bed for kids in the hallway (full disclosure: these are youth bunk beds, which are skinnier than a twin, and I would not recommend children over 10 years old in them). The dimensions of the youth bunk bed are roughly 74"x25".
Enjoy the private balcony with ocean views, gated community (non heated) pool, beach access, and fishing pier. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen with two bars and a full bathroom. There is a laundry facility in the middle of the complex. Located at the beautiful front beach on Isle of Palms with restaurants, shops, grocery store and ice cream stands all within walking distance. The Sea Cabins have the only private pier on the island and you are allowed to fish off the pier but will need a South Carolina fishing license.
There is free WI-FI and cable. The Sea Cabins are located just 20 minutes from historic Downtown Charleston, 30 minutes from CHS airport and 5 minutes from 2 world class golf courses in Wild Dunes!
No washer/dryer inside of unit, only in the middle of complex which takes coins or you can use an app on your phone.
There are a few steps to get up to the first floor.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide a few travel soaps and shampoos, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, two laundry and dish pods, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel, hand towel, and wash cloth per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.

We manage multiple other sea cabins so ask about booking more than one!

Lovely getaway
Robert the host was extremely helpful. He gave great ideas for local restaurants and nearby activities. He was a great communicator. Check in was easy and the stay was lovely.

Peace get away
No complaints at all!! Everything was just as described!! Fantastic and fast communication! We made last min changes to extend our stay and they were more than happy to accommodate!! Will def consider staying again in 2026 for SEWE weekend!

Great Location
We really enjoyed our trip. There were a few issues with lack of kitchen utensils and noise, but overall the visit was great. The issue with noise is no ones fault. It is just the location of the condo being next to the steps. Most of all we loved the condo complex location. Being able to walk to restaurants and shops was a plus. We look forward to our next visit.

Good location & close to beach
Just as advertised, small little condo right on the beach. Condo had everything needed for our short stay. I don’t think I would’ve wanted to stay there for longer than that though. The comfort of bed and seating areas are not ideal and obviously a tight squeeze for more than two people, but thankfully we weren’t inside often. It’s definitely an older building but for the price and proximity to beach it works. Impressed with responsiveness and ease of checking in/out too!

Location can't be beat
We wanted a few days as a family to be on the water and relax ahead of a busy fall semester, and this place did not disappoint! 60 second walk and you are on the beach. We loved the location and enjoyed the stay on the whole. The kitchen lacks a few bigger items (large pots, large baking sheets) that would have made it easier for us to prepare meals (we are a food allergy family and specifically book VRBOs for full kitchen access). The bunk nook is adorable, but they are not full twin sized mattresses, they are narrower. Our 12 year old fit, but our 5'10" 15 year old opted for the couch instead. It's not a knock on the accommodations, but just important to understand...smaller children will be just fine! Thank you for a LOVELY stay! We got much needed R&R in this quiet beach escape!

Cozy Cabin on IOP
This unit at Sea Cabins is cozy. The proximity to the beautiful IOP sand can’t be beat. It was perfect for our short end of summer escape. You can hear the Windjammer shows from inside, but they stopped right on time and made me miss days gone by when I was the one on the front row.

Great location and property!
We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and an easy check in/out process with a great location right by the ocean, near lots of restaurants and access to a private pier! The bed and couch were not the comfiest but overall the condo was great for my husband, myself and our toddler!

Overall Sea Cabins is a perfect location to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. I do feel there are a few areas that need attention. Pool bathrooms had not been cleaned in a while! If it is necessary to use a code for a bathroom, it would be nice if it was clean. Our condo (142) has a few things that need attention as well. Bedroom TV did not work, toaster was broken, bunk beds definitely need to be cozier, and maybe offer complimentary local coffee. Also, you can hear neighboring units at all hours of the day and night. We saw a noise ordinance sign with hours of "quiet time" but our neighbors did not abide.

All right for a beach condo
You can tell the owners are in the process of refurbishing this older condo with newer appliances in the kitchen and nice countertops. The only annoying thing was that the bedroom and bathroom doors have sticky door jambs and can't shut all the way, but that's a simple fix. You can't beat the location! The condo was very quiet and we rarely heard our neighbors. We also had an adorable little wren who kept exploring the balcony hoping for crumbs.

Nice place and location
This is a nice up to date, clean, and well supplied (cookware etc) one bedroom unit in an ideal location with easy parking. Also, communication was very good. If I had to critique anything, I would say a more comfortable couch for TV viewing in the evening would be a plus. But, I our stay was wonderful.
