"We travelled with two couples and we're very comfortable in our two bed ,two bath condo. The Mexican charm was achieved with authentic decor and and outfitted with beautiful pottery. "A great place to stay. Nice pool, quiet safe area of Ixtapa, beautiful scenery. We were in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo, and it was very spacious. Good air conditioning throughout, kitchen well stocked with everything needed to make meals, and host is very quick to respond to questions."

"Excellent, clean and nice location.Pool was real quiet, along with neighbors.Oscar answered our questions fast. Sylvia made us supper one night and it was real good. Sylvia also kept the unit real clean.Nice people at ZIO.All in all, great vacation. We have been coming to ZIO and Ixtapa for 24 years. This is our 3rd stay at this unit, and we believe it is best of all the locations we have stayed at."

"Zhanna the owner was extremely easy to communicate with and accommodating. The condo had a spectacular patio area that wrapped around the condo. Ocean views from most of the condo. Was well apportioned with everything you need whether you’re staying a week or month. BVG is a very beautiful building that is kept impeccably clean. It sits on the ocean with a beautiful two mile stretch of beach. The pool area is very nice with a staff to take care of your needs. A very enjoyable stay…"

"Oscar (host) and Sylvia (house keeper) are the best. Our place was very clean and Sylvia made sure it stayed that way throughout our stay.Oscar was quick to respond to our concerns and requests.The complex itself is very well kept and the pool area is fantastic. The master bedroom was large with a very comfortable bed and ensuite.Sylvia also cooked for us one night which was fabulous and we would recommend that.All in all we enjoyed our first trip Zihuatanejo "

"My family of 5 loved our week in Ixtapa. Monarca Ixtapa is a beautiful, relaxing place. We enjoyed walking the beach, eating breakfast and lunch at La Pergola (onsite restaurant next to the pool and beach) and heading out to Ixtapa or Zihuat for dinner. We once even saw humpback whales playing in the ocean from our table at La Pergola! I would highly recommend this option for anybody looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation."

"This property is amazing inside and the view outside. Great hosts who keep a well appointed unit. Weekly cleaning service provided. Very responsive to our needs and very helpful with getting us settled and comfortable. The lovely gift items to make us welcome and the kind use of their bikes was also an unexpected plus. The infinity pool with an awesome view of Ixtapa and a beautiful restaurant are an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!"
