"Just another cheap and poorly maintained Chinese hotel, low standard and NOT anything like the standard Marco Polo should be. 4 stars out of 10 from my side. Rooms : moisty, bad smell, old carpet, AC not really working. Don’t book ! I used to stay at the Marco Polos 3-4 years back, but this has been the last stay ever. Very dissapointing 2 night 2 room stay."

"From Unwelcome to a Hello and best service – Thanks to Chief of Concierge Raymond Woo. My husband and I arrived at New World Millennium Hong Kong at around 1:30 AM on February 7. We were the only guests at the reception. Unfortunately, our first impression was not pleasant and was a bit disappointing. I wish not to go on details here. Thankfully, the next day til our check out everything changed. We were warmly greeted by Concierge Raymond Woo and got a warm Hello and Sweet smile from the General Manager in the lobby. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine smiles completely turned our experience around. They made us feel respected, valued, and truly welcomed as guests. Thank you to Raymond Woo and the management for Aside from our first impression, the overall service was excellent. The staff were professional and helpful during our stay. Our room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bathroom and toilet were spotless and well maintained. Everything felt fresh and relaxing, which made our stay enjoyable after long days of exploring Hong Kong. what true hospitality really means. It is mean for us as your guest. "

"Perfectly located hotel. Right next to MOKO Mall and East Mong Kok Station that takes you anywhere in no time. Clean, comfortable rooms and nice staff. The Health Club is very nice."

"I booked a junior suite But the layout is weird. Bedroom and living room was okay. However the living room had something that appeared like a side but not being a sofa. Weird. Bedroom fine. Walk in closet way too small to be used. Bathroom that was weird. Two doors blocking and taking all the space. Another wall to separate the toilet leaving no space whatsoever. So if you happen to be a size plus, then forget about being able to enter there. Service was poor. they don’t care about their guests. And it is everywhere. From outside it looked like it was closed. Shops at the bottom are fine and left there for long time you can see. Escalator and stairs just blocked off. And finding the entrance can be difficult. Later you figure out that there is tons of stairs to enter the hotel with heavy suitcases. And the staff don’t do anything. They don’t even open the door. Not recommending this place. The ware Tina of hotels that do it much better for much lower price there. "
