"What a treat of a home to stay in! The location is superb, steps from Poipu and Brenneke. The home is also perfectly laid out with the best lanai and screened in porch upstairs. There is AC in both rooms but we never needed them in Dec as we just opened the windows (which all have intact screens!) to let the winds come in. The house is equipped with everything, especially in the garage - wagon, kids sand toys (be sure to look in the bins as we didn't see them and bought some!), chairs, umbrella,...

"This was our fist visit to Kauai and the location of this house was terrific on private beach with Kilauea and Hanalei nearby. The king bed was comfortable and we appreciated the full size fridge, the ample towels, washer and dryer, beach chairs, umbrella and bogie boards. The kitchen was well stocked and the high quality blender made making pina coladas a delight. Very cute and would highly recommend."
