I recently stayed at this hotel on March 20th in Room 230, and I had an alarming experience that I cannot overlook. During my stay, hotel staff gave a key to my room to an unverified visitor without my permission or any form of identification. Not only did they provide a key, but they also disclosed my room number to this person.
This is an unacceptable security breach that put my safety and privacy at risk. At no point did the staff call my room to confirm whether I had authorized this individual to enter. It is shocking that a hotel would be so careless with guest security.
To make matters worse, after bringing this issue to their attention, the hotel refused to refund my deposit—despite their clear negligence. This level of irresponsibility and lack of accountability is disgraceful for any hospitality business.
If you value your safety and privacy, stay somewhere else.
