Upon my arrival at Krabi Maritime Resorts from Krabi International Airport, I held high expectations for the nearby beach and the availability of my preferred dining options. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find that there were no restaurants in close proximity, and walking to the main road from the hotel lobby took considerable time. Additionally, the hotel staff who welcomed me informed me that there were no dining facilities within the resort, only room accommodations. Consequently, I decided to cancel my booking and seek alternative lodging closer to the beach. I made frantic attempts to contact Expedia and my travel agent, only to learn that, according to the terms of my booking, I could cancel but would not receive a refund. Having already paid for eight nights, I felt compelled to reluctantly check into my room at Maritime Resorts. After a restful night, I began to explore the hotel and gradually came to terms with my situation. However, my perspective shifted dramatically during my stay, and I recognized how hasty my initial judgment had been when I first entered the staff office for check-in. I ultimately discovered the true charm of the resort, which turned out to be a heartwarming and delightful experience.
I highly recommend this resort for individuals with a specific mindset. The transportation and food application known as "Grab" significantly simplified my access to my preferd resto.as well fruit markets and departmental stores.
