The sleeping spaces are divided between a cabin area with a 130 cm sofa bed under a 90 cm mezzanine bed, and a comfortable 160 cm sofa bed in the living room. The sanitary facilities include a shower, washbasin and WC. A parking space is reserved for you at the entrance of the residence. You can reach the beach, shops, restaurants, surf schools and ice cream parlour at about 2 km, the golf course at 2 km and the lake at 5 km (REF 00092).
