Independent Perigord house gîte de France of approximately 42 m² below the owners' house. On the ground floor, you will enjoy a bathroom (walk-in shower, washing machine, towels provided, hair dryer). Separate toilet. Go down 2 steps to access the living room with a kitchen area (dishwasher, oven/induction hob, refrigerator and microwave), a dining room, a lounge area with 2 armchairs and a TV. Wifi. On the 1st floor, you will occupy a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 to be pushed together to create a bed of 160x200 or to be separated according to your needs (bed linen provided). In fine weather, an outdoor jacuzzi is available for guaranteed relaxation (out of season: on request depending on the weather). The cottage is ideal for 2 people; it is however not recommended for a baby who walks because this cottage has several levels (steps). Sheets, towels, electricity and heating included. End of stay cleaning €50. Located in a green setting conducive to calm and relaxation, between the Vézère and the Dordogne, in the Vallée de l'Homme, in the commune of Le Bugue, 30 minutes from Sarlat. Its location is perfectly suited to cultural or nature holidays such as visits to castles (Beynac, Castelnaud, Les Milandes...), walks in the heart of villages, 10 of which are classified among the "most beautiful villages in France" (La Roque Gageac, Castelnaud, Limeuil...), trips in a gabarre and canoe on the Dordogne and the Vézère, visits to gardens (Eyrignac, Marqueyssac...)... Les Eyzies de Tayac, capital of Prehistory 9 km away, many hiking trails...
You can enjoy 2 terraces, one on the ground floor and the other at the living room level and a barbecue. You will have at your disposal a private enclosed plot of 4000m² (fence, hedge and wooden fence), with a large gate to bring the car in and a small entrance gate near the house.
