"We stayed in B-4. Living room was very roomy, comfortable which made it easy to relax. Large couch and TV. Kitchen was a nice size and amenities were plentiful. It was quiet and peaceful. Bedroom was large with a king size bed and LOTS of closet space. Bathroom well lit and plenty of towels, etc. We would highly recommend it to all our friends and family "

"Lovely stay. No tv or a/c but didn’t miss it. Stayed in the house on second floor. It’s like stepping back in time. Lots of antiques and so much charm. On the lake with plenty of things to do or just sit on the porch rocking enjoying good conversation with family. Very clean room and bathrooms;staff was helpful and kind."

"The owner was great and very responsive to any needs we had. My husband, his brother, my sister-in-law and myself, are all late 60's early 70's. Property might not be ideal for some people our age because of uneven flooring. The layout is a bit funky, but such a great location. The front porch is a lovely place to sit and watch wildlife. "We enjoyed the balcony for relaxing, reading, and eating. We appreciated the host allowing use of the garage under the quarters for parking. Big plus for those who are particular about their vehicle. Also enjoyed the quiet setting and the location to the small towns, lakes, and state parks. Would not hesitate to stay again to do more exploring of the area. The owner was friendly and inquired if all was ok when our paths crossed, but otherwise respected our time and privacy."

"Marie and Ted were fabulous hosts!! We arrived late (and they were out of the house) and they left very detailed instructions for us in their absence. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We awoke early the next morning to head out and found Ted had made the MOST delicious blueberry muffins.
