It’s within walking distance of every thing in the French Quarter and the street cars are literally across the street if you want to venture out. Easy check in. "DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

"Our stay here was pretty good! Pretty close location to the French quarter, pretty clean studio overall, only thing I would say is AC wasn’t the best. I believe we couldn’t go lower than 70. Something to keep in mind if you’re visiting on a hot weekend."
