"DOOR KEYPAD ISSUES! Front lobby door to the street would sometimes simply just be open so anyone could come in? When we exited or entered, we'd wait for the door to lock (sometimes it correctly locked instantly). Our room keypad didn't work and after the first night it didn't work at all. But after a lengthy call and waiting - maintenance arrived quick - but had to replace the entire keypad. The new keypad still had some quirkiness unlike typical keypads (sometimes it would take a few minutes...

"Excellent communication. Hot water in one bathroom didn't work. Management tried to fix it but it couldn't be in a timely manner. It was no big deal because there was another shower in the unit. "

"Our stay here was pretty good! Pretty close location to the French quarter, pretty clean studio overall, only thing I would say is AC wasn’t the best. I believe we couldn’t go lower than 70. Something to keep in mind if you’re visiting on a hot weekend."

"Our stay at the Roami Luzanne was excellent. The communication was great. The management took care of any questions and issues in an expedient manner. The location is great, walkable to excellent restaurants, art gallerys and the french quarter."

"The apartment is in a great location walking distance to Bourbon and the plus is The Three Legged Dog Bar that sells food 24 hrs is next door… cleanliness and quietness is a plus also and it’s a tv in each room"

"We had a wonderful stay, the condo is gorgeous and comfortable and the location is perfect. Communication with host was timely, with immediate response to any questions. We will absolutely stay here again in the future."

"Host was great, communication was prompt and check in was a breeze. But...some issues we had was the bathroom door does not lock or close all the way. The 3 bedrooms are connected, meaning if you are in the 3rd bedroom you have to walk thru the other 2. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the porch cats were friendly:) "

"Wasn’t able to find password for wifi or key fob. Shower half way worked and clothes were in the dryer literally from 10pm until close to check out neither load got dry. Had to take wet clothes on the plane."

"Nicely decorated. The kitchen was nice. We could have used more plates and glasses. Easy walk to the French Quarter, however, the noise and number of sirens during the night were not anticipated. We didn’t get much sleep. Not the host’s problem, just be aware. "

"If you are staying with friends/family this is the perfect place. Very large. Clean with great furnishings. Outdoor balcony was great. Location was quiet yet close to food/drinks. Highly recommend this over the chain hotels. "
