"Plenty of space for everyone. Great pool with lots of toys and inflatables. Arranged for a yoga instructor and had a beautiful session for five of us on the upper deck. Yoga with an ocean view! Walking distance to Northside Grind coffee shop which has been a family favorite over the years. Steps to Stone Farmhouse Restaurant where the food and service were amazing. The home came well equipped overall. My husband and I stayed in the lower level and our young adult family members stayed above....

"I you stay on the top level, this house is really amazing because of the infinity pool overlooking great cruz bay! The lower level really needs some TLC, especially the bathroom holes in drywall, moldy grout, and lack of working lights in the shower."

"The hosts, Gail and her husband Curlston, made our stay worth while. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 children, and we were very satisfied. Location, Location, Location, the property is located in Red Hook and very close to the beaches, the ferry, shopping and restaurants. The property has two levels, great for couples. All of our needs and concerns were handled quickly and professionally. I recommend this property and hope to return."

"This property was just perfect! The private pool and short walking distance from Sharkies and the grocery store was priceless. We enjoyed the beautiful drive to the beaches (Maho was the closest and our favorite) and the privacy the location and house allowed us to have. "We had an awesome time in St. John, and. Poi Pu villa was in a great location. Only 5 mins to Cruz Bay, we explored all the surrounding neighborhoods on foot, gaining beautiful vantage points of the island around every corner. A few days of our week stay (July) were incredibly hot so the dipping pool and rooms with AC were key. We learned to time our outings with the scheduled power outages in the PMs. We couldn’t quite figure out how to keep the open air living and kitchen mosquito free, but...

"Our yearly visit to St. John was peaceful and pleasant. In This was our first stay on the East End and it was great. Communication from all parties involved prior, during and post stay were appreciated, especially during the storms and power outages. The house was fully supplied with all amenities listed, a pool with a view- just WOW! Thank you Ken for opening up your home to us and making it feel like home. It was truly appreciated!"

"Great place for our family- it is a rough driveway as noted - but we had a jeep as recommended and this was no problem at all!!! We loved seeing the neighborhood goats, donkeys and roosters!!! once on top of driveway at the house the views and breeze were fantastic!!! Great pool. Everything was awesome. Great check in - we had a lovely greeting gift of fresh salads -) relaxed environment we loved our trip!!!"

"Vi boede i en bungalow direkte på stranden og det kan helt klart anbefales at betale det ekstra for at stå op til denne fantastiske udsigt. Der er god plads på standen og eventuelle gæster fra Krydstogtskibene får ikke lov til at optage pladsen. Direkte fra stranden er der gode muligheder for snorkling i roligt vand. Og der er masse af fisk, havskildpadder, blæksprutter mv. Den tilhørende bar og restaurant kan også anbefales. Værelset blev gjort rent hver dag, fejningen af terrassen var en smule...
