"Let me start by saying that we've been to Sanibel many times - it's one of our favorite places. We've rented all over the island.Property is in a great location. It's near many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. (within a 5 min drive). Very short walk to the stunning beach. Property management company was outstanding to work with, and check-in/check-out was flawless. Unit offers everything you need.The only issue was the condition of the unit. The vertical blinds in the living room were broken...

"The home is beautiful and sufficient space for 8 to stay comfortably. The interior is nicer than the photos. It exceeded our expectations. We immediately rebooked for next year. Teresa was very responsive to our questions and anything we needed while there. The location is close to everything .. food, shopping and the beach. I could walk or ride the bikes which they have available to the majority of places I wanted to go. "

"The stay was an excellent experience! Its a nice property located close to the beach. There is a canal in the backyard so we had the joy of seeing some manatees. Being that it is a dog friendly place it allowed us the joy of taking our dogs with on vacation. The place was nicely decorated and spacious. I'd recommend others bring a blanket if cold easily as there was only one extra in the rental. There were also no oven mitts when we stayed which was slightly inconvenient for couple times we used...
