The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and harmoniously connects to a bright dining room through an American bar. A large living room with television completes the common space of the house.

For added flexibility, the property includes an annex apartment that can sleep an additional two people, bringing the total capacity to 18 people. This apartment has a double bedroom, a full bathroom and a cozy living room-kitchen area that provides privacy and autonomy throughout the villa.
