"We were looking for an area off the normal tourist track and definitely found it here in Moricone. Beautiful country side, my only negative was there was a dreadful smell coming from the laundry, some form of sewer problem says the plumber in our group other than that the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked if small but a lovely quiet location"

Po pierwsze świetni właściciele, od samego początku pomocni, po drugie jeszcze lepsza lokalna opieka od sąsiadki Cristiny (nie ważne, że nie mówi słowa w innym języku niż włoski, jest prawdziwa, niezawodna i zawsze pomocna), po trzecie sama willa, jej wielkość, wyposażenie (ma dosłownie wszystko i jeszcze kilka rzeczy, które można ocenić jako fajnie by było mieć jak np maszyna do chleba czy popcornu), masa...

"Beautiful villa, well laid out, spacious and well appointed for kitchen, bathrooms, living rooms and outside deck areas. Easy access to nearby town up a fairly steep 200 meter laneway. Great local bakery, butcher and grocery stores. Super local restaurant, Kilometro Zero. Responsive service from villa host on any issues. Tnank you !!! Grest "

"Fantastic location with stunning views. Property located in spacious gardens with good sized swimming pool which was well maintained. Bathrooms were disappointing with showers that were barely big enough to get into. Kitchen very small and not very clean with inefficient fridge/freezer that had seen better days. The location was perfect so would properly consider staying again. "

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, inbesondere die grosse Terasse (Gli Gnomi), die beiden Pools und die Nähe zum schönen Spoleto (10 Min. zum Parkplatz Posterna, Rolltreppe). Auch die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils Bad recht komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage ist allerdings nur im Wohnraum. Leider ist das Haus von Gli Gnomi sehr hellhörig bzgl. oberer Wohnung, wir hatten das große Pech, schreiendes Baby und nicht zeitumgestellte Gäste aus dem dem Osten über uns zu haben, daher Lärm bereits vor...

"Fantastic house (much better than the photos indicate), great pool, excellent support from both the caretaker and the owner. The closest town, Todi, is impressive and Perugia, a bit further away, even more so."

"Dieses Haus liegt wunderschön in der Nähe von Amelia mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ausserdem gibt es vieles Sehenswürdiges, das man in kurzer Zeit erreichen kann. Das Haus selbst liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, wo man ganz ungestört im Haus sein und am Pool liegen kann. Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Empfehlenswert."

"Siamo stati in tre famiglie in questa bella casa con piscina. I padroni di casa sono gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. La casa si trova in un punto strategico per visitare Spoleto, Orvieto, Perugia ma anche dei bellissimi villaggi medievali come Todi, Montefalco, Bevania, ecc La casa ha tre appartamenti separati con ingresso indipendente, ma c’e Una grande cucina in cui noi siamo stati in 11 senza problemi (colazione ma’ anche quando la sera faceva più fresco).
