"Kim and Dave’s place is fantastic. We were a group of 17 and slept comfortably thanks in part to the fresh towels and linens. The property offers plenty to do rain or shine with an amazingly serene lakeside dock setup paired with a projector room with ping pong, pool table and hot tub just outside. Amazing golf course (The Ridge at Manitou) less than 20 minutes away too. Can’t recommend it enough. Will certainly be back!!"

"We had a combined family vacation - 6 adults and one 3 year old. The cottage is very well appointed with all of the amenities that one could want. Our only draw back was the lack of a sandy shore and safe water entrance for the little one. The cottage is on a very narrow part of the river, which is absolutely wonderful for the peace and solitude but again, not conducive for our little one.
