In addition, you will have at your disposal a large custom-made closet. The studio is located in the Latina district in Madrid.
The Latina neighborhood is one of the most emblematic places in Madrid. Located in the center, it offers visitors the chance to taste the most authentic and traditional Madrid as well as enjoy the terraces, restaurants and the most fashionable stores.
Before Madrid became a capital city with large avenues and boulevards, its topography was made up of small streets and passages that today transport us to the era of spadassins and picaros.
Here the city vibrates with it´s legendary atmosphere day and night, while it still holds that classic neighbourhood feeling of the old Madrid.
And just a lovely stroll away from the rest of downtown areas like Opera, Callao, Gran Via, Tirso, Antón Martín, Sol, Huertas, Santa Ana and Lavapies.
You will be in one of the most memorable spaces to walk around the city and find a large number of restaurants, cafes, theaters, cinemas and above all: fashion stores.

You’ll be close to a supermarket and a pharmacy.

A few steps away you will have the La Latina station from where you can access the metro line: L3 that will connect you to all parts of the city or several bus stations nearby (Line 31, 50 and 65) that will take you to the main points of interest. In addition, the city has a bicycle, scooter, electric carts and motorcycle rental service.

Spanish law requires all guests to present a valid identity document at check-in in order to register.

For stays of 28 day sor longer, take into account the following information:
1. You will need to sign a lease contract
2. Utilities such as electricity, water, or gas will be covered up to a total of 100 EUR per month (The amount applies to the total combined utility expense). Any excess will be charged through the resolution center once the bills are available. Internet is supplementary for all stays and will not be taken into account here.
3. You will have to assume an additional fee for administrative services set at 90 EUR
