"This was, hands down, our best visit and best rental in Manasota. The stairs were a bit daunting at first, but the amazing views made the climb worth the effort. Everything in the unit felt new, fresh and clean. Each of the 3 balconies has a lovely view of the gulf or the bay, so sunrises and sunsets were wonderful. We very much appreciated the pool on the few days where red tide made the beach impossible. Overall, we had such a great time that we have already booked for 2026."

"We took two of the bikes to the beach so that we didn't need to fight with traffic and parking, which was very convenient. The back porch and hose were great for rinsing out the dive gear and shells, and letting them dry. The car port is also fantastic for loading and unloading in the rain, and the screened in back porch is great for enjoying the beautiful weather without the bugs. "We did not actually get to stay at this rental due to hurricane Ian, but the hosts communicated so well with me leading up to the trip, answering all my questions promptly. Sadly, the hurricane did a lot of damage to the island, but the hosts refunded all our money since we couldn’t stay there.
