"We were supposed to check in the same day hurricane Helene hit. The condos and Manasota Key suffered from the storm surge. The hosts set us up with another property they owned and saved our vacation. Best hosts ever!"

"This was really a nice getaway for our anniversary. The accommodations were as depicted in the listing pictures. It was clean and well kept. The beach was very accessible and we appreciated the use of the umbrella and beach chairs in the storage unit. The views were very nice from the balcony and there were a number of restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend and use again."

"This was absolutely the best vacation for us. The condo was perfect! We loved the atmosphere of the condo snd decorated perfect! It came equipped with everything you would need from cooking accessories down to beach accessories. The access to the beach was great and easily accessible! "My family of 6 enjoyed our stay here! The location was amazing! Right on the beach which is a private beach! No crowd at all! The place was a great size clean and exactly as advertised! "Stunning! Would certainly recommend this to future visitors. 2nd floor condo was spotless and roomy. Could walk to the bay and gulf. Heated swimming pool was fabulous. Anna, property manager, went over and above to help us during our stay as Hurricane Helene’s outer bands hit us. We felt very safe and secure!. "

"Our family goes back to Englewood/Manasota every year to visit family and enjoy the beach. This was our first year at this condo and it was by far our favorite spot to date! It is a phenomenal location, with a fabulous balcony overlooking the Gulf, and a beautiful condo. We enjoyed our morning coffee and evenings on that balcony, walking across the street to the beach with the included beach wagon and chairs, walking to the nearby restaurants, and trying out the included kayaks on the bay off...

"So it was immediately after Hurricane Helene. Pat kept us updated as we were on the road to the property. The day before we were to arrive Pat called and said option A was out and option B would have too much water. So she refunded all our money including the VRBO fee. Excellent and honest host."

"We've spent two 4th of July's at this house and absolutely love it. The location is wonderful, the property manager is very responsive, and the house is so much more than you'd expect.
