The living room, a cozy and elegant space, leads you through a corridor to the three luxurious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a 180 cm x 200 cm bed, spacious wardrobes, a window overlooking the terrace, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. The second bedroom, equipped with a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed and built-in wardrobes, has a bathroom accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom, charming and cozy, has a 180 cm x 200 cm bed.

Located in the Aloha Urbanization, the apartment is surrounded by an impressive panorama: lush green areas and prestigious golf courses that attract visitors throughout the year. Within walking distance, you will find the ALOHA shopping center, with a rich selection of restaurants, supermarkets, newsagents and pharmacies.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
