"Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 day stay! Heated pool, 2 dedicated pickle ball courts directly behind building, ample parking available, very short walk across the street to South Beach. Tremendous shelling at the rock jetty about 5 minutes going to left once on beach ! Prefer to have daily house keeping services such as new towels, make bed, provide toiletries (shampoo,conditioner) Bathroom shower could use safety bar to hold onto. Weak water flow in kitchen. "

"Location is awesome. Short walk to beach and watch the sun kiss the Gulf of Mexico from your Balcony. Very nice pool and hot tub. The condo has everything you need for a nice stay. Supermarket and restaurants close by. Communication is very quick with newer owner, older reviews should not apply. He added newer beds and furniture. Has beach chairs, small umbrella, and toys with a beach wagon to carry them to beach. I would book again whenOn the island. "

"The place was nice, but it’s located in the beach area with NO beach stuff. Chairs, cooler, beach buggy where no where to be found. It was very frustrating to pay that amount of money with no beach supplies. We had to purchase the stuff and then give it all away when we left. It was a big expense that we should have not had to pay. We were also a little freaked out with the camera outside the door."

"Great, clean Condo at a family friendly location! the views of the beach from the balcony and of the city from the front door was breathtaking! We thoroughly enjoyed the beach, the pool, and the surrounding area (so many restaurants to visit!). The owner was very responsive to our emails and a pleasure to correspond with. Definitely would recommend this to everyone! "

"Very spacious house for 2 grandparents, a couple and kids 5 and 8. Everything was easy. We cooked everyday and the kitchen had everything we needed. Bonus that there there was coffee for the first morning, spices and other basics. The pool was a great size, warm and cleaned every Thursday. And the playground and amenities at Mackle Park next door were really great. The office had a Murphy bed which was useful when the kids had to be separated. Would have liked a chest for clothes in the...
