"We visited from Thursday to Monday. The hotel entrance is nice and clean. We were directed to our room by the management itself, which was fine, but there was too much focus on their restaurant and nightclub upstairs. To us, it seemed like too much marketing. The room was clean, but I spent too much energy trying to get clean towels, the different shampoos and creams were not refilled, even though I repeatedly asked for it. But if you have chosen white towels, which is fine, and you get towels...

"Wyndham Istanbul Grand Levent is a nice comfortable hotel. Have been a guest at Wyndham Levent for maybe 4-5 times now in the past couple of years and like the hotel. They keep the standards high and years after years they keep a high standard for their hotel in Levent. The only complaint I have are the bed. It's a bit too soft to lay on. I would have preferred a more firm madras in my bed. Breakfast is very nice also. "

"I have booked a family room months ago. When I arrive with my family they said they dont have space and is full booked up. I cant understand how that is even possible when i have booked and payed everything months ago. They moved us to another hotel - staff cant even speak clear english. Stupid staff and not 5 star service. I cant recommend this hotel to anyone. Please safe your money and use to stay somewhere else. Breakfast is not like 5 star - nothing good to say about this place."
