A short boat or ferry ride to Treasure, Green Turtle, Guana, ManOWar, or Elbow Cays and Piggy Island. A beautiful custom-built concrete fortress designed for relaxation and adventure. Included is free use of dock, bicycles, kayaks, snorkel gear, SUP, life vests, hammock, chess set, and more.
Comfy and cozy, Blazing Sandals offers a quiet and relaxing setting after a fun day on the water. All three bedrooms have large luxury beds; 2 kings and a large heavy duty double over double bunk bed which fits adults. All bedrooms are equipped with AC mini splits. There is an air mattress and a large comfy sectional couch if you have an extra kid or teen.
Kitchen is fully stocked with large selection of pots and pans, baking needs, food processor, crock and instant pots, countertop ice maker, spices, blenders, KitchenAid mixer, coffee pots, and an expresso machine.
Blazing Sandals features a dining room with 6 chairs plus 3 barstools at the large island.
You will love sitting, eating, and sipping cocktails on the screened large Lanai or the rooftop deck enjoying a tropical view. Barbeque on the gas grill or the easy George Foreman electric grill.
Guests have full access to washer and dryer, kayaks, and snorkel equipment located in the garage.
Streaming entertainment available in the master and guest bedrooms on 55" smart TVs and in the living room on a 65" TV.
Blazing Sandals is situated in quiet and peaceful Leisure Lee Waterways, without grocery stores or restaurants in the neighborhood. It easy and fun to shop for groceries in Marsh Harbour. Car rentals have become more convenient in Marsh Harbour, with vehicles available at the airport at reasonable rates. Taxis are also willing to stop at grocery and liquor stores.
Your boat is very safe at our dock as the waterway is very protected from weather and waves.
The house has 4 entrances, and all have 7 or more steps. It is not wheelchair accessible.
Blazing Sandals is located on a deep-water canal in Leisure Lee Waterways with easy access to the Sea of Abaco for boaters and kayakers. There is a 105-foot concrete bulkhead with a dock.
For fishermen, it's a short run to Atlantic for deep sea fishing, 1/2 miles off Great Guana Cay. Also, fishing guides are easily available.
The neighborhood has access to the beach, great snorkeling, and lobstering in season.
Most important thing is to get groceries first upon arrival and a car rental. We highly recommend a car rental for your stay.

Leisure Lee Waterways is right off of the Bootle Highway, 17 miles north of Marsh Harbour Airport and 7 miles south of the Treasure Cay entrance.
There are rental car agencies in Marsh Harbour and Treasure Cay.
Car rental:
Whether you arrive by air or boat, you may want to rent a car, about the same price you would pay for a cart rental on the smaller cays. Taxi rides are very expensive. A cab ride from the airport to Treasure Cay can run from $90-$120 and $80-$90 to Leisure Lee Waterways.
If you arrive by boat, our manager can give you a ride to car rental location in Treasure Cay, for a small fee.
If you arrive by air, there are several car rental agencies in Marsh Harbour that will drop off a car at the airport for you.
Upon arrival, stock up on groceries and supplies at Maxwell's or Abaco Grocery in Marsh Harbour. They are large supermarkets.

• New Plymouth on Green Turtle Cay-11NM approximate, beautiful island with many restaurants, shops, and anchorages (on the Abaco side). Our favorite restaurants are the Plymouth Rock Liquor store and the Tranquil Turtle. Also, a must do, visit Miss Emily’s Blue Bee Bar for a Goombay Smash. Shops are not open on Sunday.
• Great Guana Cay: 8NM approximate- beautiful Atlantic beach, famous for Nippers and Grabbers beach bars
• Man-O-War Cay: 5.26NM approximate from Great Guana Cay, home to Albury Sail Shop that features iconic bags, purses, hats, and more. Not open on Sunday.
• Marsh Harbour by boat: 11NM approximate- Mermaid Reef is an easy snorkel site.
• Elbow Cay and Hopetown and Elbow Cay Lighthouse (not open on Sunday): 6.1NM approximate from Marsh Harbour-home to historic lighthouse, with many shops. Our favorite restaurant is Captain Jack’s.
• Just beyond Elbow Cay is beautiful Tahiti Beach-easy beach access with a floating beach bar and restaurant.
