"The place was really clean and stocked up. There was a guide book that explained in more detail about Rockport. The place had stocked towels and blankets. The area was very quiet and nice. The place was a good size for us. There was plenty of silverware and dishes that we were able to use. We will definitely be back again."

"Property was very easy to check in, the property was very clean and the owners were super nice and very well at communicating. It was easy for us to come and go at the early morning hours to hunt and fish and come back after dark with no issues. Able to park our 2 cars and our boat there too with no problem. "

"Clean and spacious but the AC/Heater is much less than adequate. It is only 50° outside but the heater cannot keep up. There were no extra blankets or linens for the futon and only two bath towels and two hand towels for 5 people. Also would recommend a closet with a bar for hanging clothes hangers. "

"We enjoyed our time at Little Bay! It was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The view was relaxing, and the location was perfect—right by the fishing pier with a front-facing water view. Plus, the pool and close proximity to the beach really added to our overall experience. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We hope to return in the future!"

"The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks. But that is my only negative thing I can...

"My son-in-law, grandson, and I came down to POC for a few days of red fishing. Had a great time. The bunkhouse was very clean, communication with host was great, they were very accommodating. Will likely stay there again. "

"Cabin has great communications with property owners. Invitations to local diners and pier gatherings appreciated. Great morning sunrises if you haven’t already left to fish yourself. "

"The view of Aransas Bay is beautiful. It faces East, so the deck is pleasant morning and afternoon. The deck chairs are very comfortable."

"What an amazing experience in Magnolia Beach! Rosangely was a consummate hostess, available and ready for any questions or needs we had. The trailer is quaintly remodeled and well equipped with beach chairs, portable tables and chairs and more for a comfortable stay. The sunrises were breathtaking and the convenient location ensured we enjoyed morning beach walks daily. I highly recommend this property for a quiet getaway or romantic adventure by the bay.
