"The property was clean and maintained. It is literally on the water. If you want the ocean at your doorstep, you cannot get any better than this! We were minutes away from the shopping at public piers at Rockport. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. The only negative thing I have to say is that I didn't look closely at the bunkbeds -- they have a weight limit of 160 pounds. I have a big teenager who didn't fit on the bunks.
