"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had a very nice room in the Kai Tower. The building is new and well set up. Great shower, large bathroom. Bed was comfortable. View was great. Staff was helpful. There were 2 pools (1 salt water), 2 hot tubs and a kid’s pool. There was a pool bar that had a nice happy hour. The beach is right across the road. Location is great. In the middle of Kihei near restaurants and convenient to everything in Maui. "

"The hotel is clean and welcoming, and the staff is delightful. Check in was quick but not rushed and the welcome gift was a nice surprise. (A beach bag and two refillable water bottles). We had a partial ocean view, and it was fantastic. We sat on the balcony and watched the whales breach and play. "Our stay at the Sheraton was amazing! We had a ground floor room with a lanai. The room was clean and spacious, and my kids loved playing around on the large grass area outside. The lazy river pool with a small slide was a hit. You can walk right onto a swim-able beach and rent patio chairs and an umbrella which made beach days perfect! The hotel location is walkable to many great restaurants and Whalers village. Everything we needed was at our fingertips."

"When booking a beach hotel, I expect a beach to swim at. There where a small beach filled with trash, sticks and seaweet. The pool area is fine but there is so much chlorine in the water that you can't swim more than 20 min. before your eyes hurt. There is a nice garden in the middle of the hotel where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The first night at 00.30am we had to change room, do to cockroaches. "Great location. Rooms a bit old. Only one bed and the sleeping could was not suited for sleeping as you could feel every single spring, so not a comfortable sleep.
