"Aniyas was absolutely incredible at checking us in, he was able to upgrade us to an incredibly beautiful sweet, He was kind, positive & had a smile the entire time we chatted. He really made our Stay in Atlanta an incredible and memorable experience! The facilities were breathtaking, The view from the room was captivating, All the staff were spectacular. "When checking in, the Manger was less than pleasant when explaining the additional fees and instructions for hotel. I checked in late and the lobby restaurant closed at 9:30, I believe they stay open later than that. very disappointing, as I had not eaten and had a long flight. The hotel was clean and the room was excellent."

"Hotel centralt placeret. Og i fin stand. Minusser var lang ventetid ved elevatorer. Byggearbejde på grunden ved siden af så man kunne ikke nyde poolen. Herudover var der mange insekter af ukendt art som var meget generende ved poolen. 45 dollar for parkering pr nat på hotellet."

"Very nice hotel, with good service. Restaurant was closed due to Covid, but there is restaurant near by. The room was fine for our needs. We only have one complaint. Again due to Covid, there would not be cleaning. On day 3 the towels would be changed. On day 7 there would be cleaning. As we had a 9 night stay, we asked if we could have cleaning and change of sheets on day 6, as it made more sense. But we only had clean towels. "I stayed for one night doing a layover. Unfortunately it was not that nice of a hotel. I looked very old and tired. The room was very big ans spacious, but old and very used. In the bathroom there was black hairs at the sink and in the shower. The toilet had a lot of stains from the previous guests. The only thing I can find positive was the transfer service to and from the airport."

"This was a great hotel if I was having a date night or date weekend trip with only my wife. We happened to stop here as part of a rest stop while traveling with kids. "We stayed in the one of the panoramic suites which a view directly in to an electricity mast. We got a new room a floor blow to old food left in the microwave in the room.
