A spacious villa which sleeps 14 people, just 80m from Marangi di San Foca beach, makes the perfect option for a family reunion or group of friends looking for an exciting holiday on the Salento peninsula.
The villa is divided into two apartments. Each is fully equipped and independent, so the layout is ideal for a large group who may want some privacy but also want to holiday together. The entrance is through a paved courtyard which is partly shaded which leads to the slightly raised veranda.

The ground floor living room opens directly onto the veranda and the upstairs room opens onto a large terrace, with sea views and a dining area for meals al fresco. The peaceful town of Melendugno (10 minutes) makes a lovely day out. There are some interesting churches, as well as a 12th-century abbey, a small castle and several excellent restaurants. The weekly market (Wednesday) is a source of the best local ingredients to cook at home.
Further afield is Lecce (30 minutes), the “Florence of the South”. It is blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its wonderful regional food and good shopping.
To get into nature the WWF nature reserve of Le Cesine is just 2 minutes from the villa. Or for golfers, there are 2 golf clubs near the town of Acaya (15 minutes)
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just an hour away by car.
