Step into this stunning, recently constructed modern masterpiece. Built in 2018, this villa exemplifies contemporary elegance and sophistication. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this property showcases exquisite finishes throughout, ensuring a luxurious experience.

Immerse yourself in the captivating beauty of Villa Coquina, where modern luxury meets the Miami lifestyle, creating an unforgettable retreat in the vibrant city.

The Space:
Indulge in the array of amenities available, including a heating pool, lap pool, Sonos sound system, outdoor BBQ, and more. Every detail has been meticulously considered to provide the utmost comfort and enjoyment.

- Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.
To complete your reservation, please be sure to sign & return the rental agreement which is sent to you after you reserve online and is the same as the online agreement.
- Book 7 nights or more for an automated discount.
For your comfort we provide the following:
- The Villa is fully furnished and completely equipped with linens and towels.
- Welcome amenity: bottle of wine, small shower gel for your first night, original nespresso capsules for your fist day.
- 6 TVs total. 82" TV in the living room. - All TVs are smart TVs.
- One crib available upon request.
- The pool company comes once a week, normally on Wednesdays and most likely mid day. Landscaping comes every 2 weeks.

Guest Access:
Someone from the team will be there to welcome you, give you keys, show you around the property and answer any questions you may have.

Gated community and safe and quiet neighborhood

Getting Around:
Perfectly located on a private and gated Island community, less than 10 minutes driving to the beach and 20 minutes driving to the best Miami Beach shopping and entertainment.

Other Things to Note:
Noise
The Property is a residential neighborhood. Excessive noise at a level that disturbs the neighbors is prohibited. Code-Enforced Quiet Hours. Compliance with Code-Enforced Neighborhood Quiet Hours of 10 PM - 8 AM is required and the Guest is for any fines resulting from a violation. Music. Guests are prohibited from having a disc jockey (DJ) or live music on the Property, including inside the Property, outside, in the garage, and in any covered areas. Music devices, other than the provided Sonos, are prohibited.

Great House
The house was really impressive. The large open space on the lower level was perfect for accommodating a party of our size (6). Plenty of space. Every bedroom had it own bathroom, which was a big reason we had selected this property. The master bedroom/suite was massive, so if you’re booking this place make sure you tell them it was such a lengthy process to find a good house, so your friends will let you stay in it. The gated community was in a perfect location to easily get to south beach.

The Perfect Pad
The house is now my dream house. I cant say enough good things about this house and property. It housed all 8 of my guest and I very comfortably. I was pleasantly surprised at how big the house and the pool really where compared to the photos. Its location can not be beat. Its a quick drive to everything from food to fun. The property worker we met with Maria is a class act and very professional. I would recommend this house to the queen of England. 5 Stars all around.

Gorgeous house
This home is beautifully done. Appears to be new construction. The owners have excellent taste and the decor is stunning. The beds are comfy and the linens are top notch. The pool is beautiful and heated! Lots of great space for a group - fun pool table, outdoor space to hang out. Nice grill outside and a nice kitchen inside. Two kinds of coffee makers and a truly impressive refrigerator. Really nice spot. There is a house being built right next door. It seems like it’s just a father and son team, so it’s not too distracting - but we wish we had been aware of it. Still, it didn’t really impact us too much. The house is in a gated community- which is good, because the neighborhood just outside is so-so. But it’s a convenient 25 minute drive to South Beach, shopping, botanical gardens and more. It’s a really beautiful house. I would stay here again.

Had an amazing time staying here with my friends. Everyone was blown away by the property and would definitely come here again. Everything about the property was amazing. My only recommendation is to have some throw blankets! It got a little chilly during a movie night and we didn't have any blankets to cuddle up with

"The pictures don't do it justice" is an understatement!
Really one of the best homes I've ever stayed in. Everything was above and beyond. Would recommend this 1000x over. Just one note, if you plan on hanging by the pool, bring some bug spray, mosquitos don't play around in Miami.

he The BITCOIN villa
We were looking for safety and security and avoidance of the pitfalls of Miami night life when 20K people descended on Miami this property met all of our needs. The communication was solid and property delivered. My only feedback for the owners is that will a luxury rental I think the patio furniture needs a comfort upgrade. We spent most of our time outside so this became noticeable. We used the large table and loungers instead. The interior of the house was perfect. We hired a personal chef for the week and he enjoyed prepping in the large kitchen which was fully stocked. Very good spot and I would consider renting this again if I come back to Miami for future BTC events

Beautiful luxury property well located in Miami
We had a wonderful holiday getaway at Villa Coquina. Caroline and her team were easy to reach and very communicative. The home is modern, gorgeous and like new - truly like staying in 5 star resort but with the privacy and comforts of a home. There were just two of us but this is a great property for a family or group of friends. The pool area is beautiful and very private. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Great audio visual with multiple TVs, built in Netflix, Sonos etc. for staying in. North Bay Village is well located to Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Wynwood and downtown Miami. We will definitely be back!

Luxury Stay
The villa is awesome, even better than shown in pictures. Lots of modern amenities (such as the sound system, which was extremely well integrated around the house). Very plush and comfortable living room area and bedrooms. The heater for the pool was not working during our stay but Caroline was honest with us ahead of time and gave us all the details so it was no big deal.

Everything was fantastic. The communication prior to arrival was incredible - Caroline is so responsive, and Astrid was a fantastic onsite contact for any questions/concerns. The pool and deck was even better than it appeared in the pictures. The master balcony was a welcome spot to spend time when it rained. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, and the house was extremely comfortable - plenty of space, tons of windows and light. We took our 4 year old and 18 month twins and it turned out to be the perfect house for us. Would absolutely return!
