"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Peppercorns, located just 2.5 hours from Sydney on the picturesque Williams River. The property offers a delightful walk or a short off-road drive in a 4x4 to the river. Each morning, we were greeted by the sight of numerous kangaroos along the way. We brought our boat and found a convenient boat ramp just a couple of minutes’ drive from the property, along with a jetty at the bottom where we picked up our guests for an exciting day of wakeboarding. "Great farm house stay. No neighbours. Enjoyed watching the Kangaroos. And talking to the cheeky chickens. Only 15 mins to Hunter Valley wildlife Park. Lots of added extras like snacks and breakfast in the kitchen and insect repellent in the bathroom. Would recommend."

"On arrival we made a cuppa & sat down on the verandah and ahhh…tranquility. Our daughters ran around in our private yard with a swing and we could unwind. Met the owners the next day and then every morning our girls fed the horses and sheep with them. So much fun. We were even given extra hay to feed the horses when they were next to our yard. Can’t rate it high enough"

"We absolutely loved our stay - the property is stunning and so well set up for kids and families to enjoy every part of it. The house and kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we need. A note on location- it isn’t best any shops so make sure you bring everything you need!"

"Absolutely amazing experience/property. Perfect for family get togethers who want to experience hands on farm life with total luxury in mind. Hosts are brilliant in providing just enough contact to allow guests to explore as much or as little farm life as guests want. Accommodation is brilliant with ensuite to all queen bedrooms and extremely comfortable living areas. Would highly recommend for any large group gatherings who want to have a relaxing holiday without the stresses of a bust...
