"The property itself was in good shape although it is dated. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were the shining stars of the entire resort. It was disappointing that a resort in Jamaica did not have much Jamaican cuisine. But there were other adequate dining options."

"Dejligt hotel, med venligt og imødekommende personale! Hotellet trænger måske til en kærlig hånd, men placeringen er god, kort gåtur til centrum, og en lille privat ‘strand’ med gode snorkling muligheder gør det hotel til en perle. Maden er god, men som vegetar bliver man virkelig udfordret, da det ikke er ligetil for dem at tilpasse retterne, og der er ingen vegetarretter på menuen... Alle på hotellet er meget venlige og hjælper gerne med at arrangere ture til ‘the Blue Hole’ eller Dunn’s River...

"Two words…truly exceptional! This was THE perfect vacation. All inclusive…amazing food and drinks, gorgeous resort, breathtaking views and wonderful people. This was like home away from home. My husband spoiled me with booking the Tufa Terrace Suite and it was worth every penny. Our butlers, Akeem and Fernando, went above and beyond. Sandal’s is the place to stay!! "

"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). Overall I’m still rating it 5 stars because we had a fun time, and the staff on the whole seemed pretty happy and were...
