The host's eventual installation of a lock on the pump house exacerbated the problem, as we could no longer address the issue ourselves, leading to further delays and frustration.4. On our first night, the electricity in the kitchen failed, leaving us without access to essential appliances like the fridge, oven, stove, and kettle.5. This disrupted our dinner plans and required us to resort to takeout meals.6. Although an electrician resolved the issue the next morning, this delay caused significant inconvenience.7. Despite numerous calls and texts to the host, responses were delayed, and language barriers made communication difficult.8. VRBO and Novasol's support were unhelpful, with agents passing responsibility back and forth and failing to provide timely solutions.10. When addressing the water issue with the host's handyman, Francis, he became physically threatening, which made the situation even more distressing for our group.11. The water issue persisted throughout our stay, forcing us to repeatedly go outside to manually reset the pump late at night.
